Individualized glaucoma treatment

Individualized glaucoma treatment aims at providing glaucoma management tailored to the individual needs of the patient; patients with severe functional loss or younger patients with manifest disease should have more aggressive treatment and closer follow up than patients at low risk, e.g. patients with ocular hypertension or elderly patients with mild field loss and low IOP.
