Mission
Childhood glaucoma is still one of the leading causes of childhood blindness in the world.
Our goal
To increase the knowledge about the diagnosis, treatment and management of all forms of childhood glaucoma.
Action plan
- To increase the awareness of childhood glaucoma
- To share ideas and knowledge, and surgical experiences
- To plan multicentric projects and collect data
- To educate others and spread current knowledge of childhood glaucoma as summarised in the EGS guidelines
- To contribute to the continuous update of EGS Guideline
- To build up a european network of congenital glaucoma specialists
- To build up a registry
