Candidates who have successfully accomplished the application process and have been officially retained for the EGS FS, will be granted with the FS grant of 30’000 Euros for the 12 months FS period.
This amount will be provided by the EGS FS fund and transferred (according to the contract between EGS and the training centre) to the official administrative authority of the training centre. The training centre will be in charge of financing the fellow during the FS period. The amount allocated by the EGS FS fund is exclusively intended to finance the fellow in compensation of the local salary including taxes and insurance to practice. If the training centre wishes to complete this grant, this is on its responsibility.
The training centres are not expected to provide support for housing, food or living expenses, which will be the sole responsibility of the Fellow.
